Our infrastructure contains advanced machineries consisting of automated and semi-automated manufacturing processes. Single spindle automatic bar turning machine used with the lathes. The second operation, like milling, drilling, and threading, is also done through semi-automated tools.
Usage of various instruments, including profile projector with Geometry Dro, Screw Gauge Micrometer, Digital Vernier Caliper, Inner Groove measuring instruments, ring, and plug gauges. Furthermore, Galvanized or coated surface treatments are also undertaken in the production facility. Products are manufactured according to the international thread forms.
